House Rules

Our place is equipped with complex facilities to make our Guests feel the ambience of real relaxing nature, comfortable, clean, beautiful and peaceful to stay.

We make a different place and we observed the following house rules to protect our facilities from any damages, that we can continue a good service for your own satisfaction.

· CHECK-IN / OUT:

Check-in is at 2:00pm and check-out is at 12:00 noon.

· OCCUPANCY:

For the comfort of all the guests, maximum room occupancy shall be enforced strictly. Please check with reception.

· PETS:

Pets are not allowed on the premises.

· PROPER CONDUCT:

Proper conduct is requested from all guests.

· NIGHT TIME PERIOD:

In consideration to other guests, kindly refrain from loud music or any noise between 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Live Music Entertainment and sound systems are allowed only during exclusive and pre-arranged functions.

· SMOKING:

Smoking is not allowed in all rooms & public area. Ashtrays are provided in designated areas.

· WATER:

Please help conserve water at all times.

· SAND IN YOUR ROOM:

Outside showers for rinsing and faucets for washing your feet are provided for your use. Please refrain from bringing sand into your room.

· CLEANLINESS:

Please help keep the premises clean and sanitary at all times.

· COOKING:

Cooking is not allowed.

· FOOD & DRINKS

Bringing of Food & Drinks inside the resort are not allowed.

· GARBAGE DISPOSAL:

Please observe segregation of garbage. Trash bins are provided in strategic areas marked: Biodegradable/ Non-biodegradable. Littering is strictly prohibited.

· PARKING:

All vehicles must be parked at designated parking areas only.

RESTAURANTS:

Enjoy your German and Filipino favorites in our German Bistro, P&M Kubo and P&M Plaza Restaurant with the amazing view of the South China Sea. Must try specialties includes Goulash soup, Fillet Mignon and Kilawin Tuna. Complete your meal with selected German Beers and International wines. Daily Live Entertainment starts at 7:00pm until 10pm. You may contact our management for any event arrangements.

SERVICES

· MEALS:

Meals are served at the our restaurants within the following schedule:

Breakfast 6:30 am to 10:30 am

Lunch & Dinner 11:00 am to 10:00 pm

Dinning with Live Entertainment plays variety songs from 7:00 pm to 10:30 pm (German Bistro)

· TOWELS AND LINENS:

To help conserve water, towels and linen will be changed only when necessary and upon request. Extra towel and linen can be requested for a minimal charge.

· MASSAGE:

Trained attendants are available upon request. Please ask the reception desk an hour before.

· RESORT STAFF:

The Resort Staff is there to make your stay more enjoyable. Please do not hesitate to call on them. However, errands outside of the resort will be subject to a service charge.

· 24-HOUR SECURITY

ACTIVITIES and FACILITIES

· SWIMMING POOL:

The swimming pool is open from 7:00am to 11:00pm.

Always wear proper swim wear.

· RESORT WATERCRAFT& BEACH SPORT:

• Surf board, Kayak and Jet-ski are available for rent. Badminton & Volleyball are free of charge. Please inquire at the Front Desk.

· WI-FI INTERNET ACCESS

Is within the resort.
